Mr. Roach will be leaking songs on the regular until Roachy Balboa 2 is dropped. A deluxe package will be for sale that features Roachy Balboa and Roachy Balboa 2 as a dual-CD set. Look for Roachy Balboa 2 on January 4, 2011.

Roach Gigz is prepping for his release of “Roachy Balboa 2” (gotta love that title). Here is a leak from the upcoming project called “Syrup Thighs“. Just in case you want to know, Roach explains:

“It’s a play on how much I like Syrup,” says Roach Gigz. “It’s a love triangle; at one point I loved Promethazine Codeine, but once I discovered Dextromethorphan, we became a much better fit for each other.”

“It was love at first sight/ And if she ever left, I would never get right,” while dropping subtle hints throughout with lines like, “I drink her with my Sprite/ I’m thinking that she might/ Make me fall into a coma/ I’m a dog for her aroma.” For Roach, who admittedly has slowed down on his intake since making this song, the message is clear. “Don’t do drugs,” says Roach. “They’re almost as dangerous as women.”
